About me
I grew up in Ängelholm, a small town in the south of Sweden. After military duty 1973 – 1974, I moved to Lund to play handball in the national league 1974 – 1983. During the years 1977 – 1982 I combined studies in psychology with work.
From 1983 to 1986 I worked as a clinical psychologist with adult psychiatry in Lund and Ängelholm. Within the psychiatry in Lund I was also active as a psychologist with focus on organisational issues, developing psychiatric departments and its workforms and guidance for clinic managers and medical doctors.
During 1986 – 1988 I worked as a psychologist in the children’s hospital in Lund. The work involved children having serious somatic illnesses and children with psychosomatic problem positions.
From 1988 to 1990 I was employed in a consultant company in Halmstad. My tasks included recruitment, management group development and leadership development.
Since 1990 I work in my own consultant company.
The last seven years I have worked most of my time in international environments, for example Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, South Africa, India, Ukraine, Mexico, Denmark, Norway and Luxembourg.
